1.   Schedule an appointment to discuss your concerns

2.   Complete necessary screening forms after our appointment.

3.   Schedule a follow up appointment after I have reviewed the                         screening forms to discuss diagnosis and treatment.

4.   Initiate treatment and schedule close follow up by both                                 phone call and office visits

Please know that if I am unable to help your child, I will provide you with the necessary resources available. Medication may not always be the best treatment - we will discuss all options available.
